Eric Cooper is an average man, with an average job, an average car, and an average life. Oh, and he’s just died. But when Death comes to collect him, it’s discovered that Eric’s not on any of Death’s lists. Not only was Eric not scheduled to die now, he’s never scheduled to die, which means he doesn’t exist and has no place in the afterlife. Until this “clerical error” can be sorted out, Eric is free to wander the Earth, anywhere, and at any point in time prior to the moment of his own death. Cut off from his family, the life he knew, and his own period in history, he is literally a man living on Borrowed Time. The end of his life is the beginning of his story.
