It's October, and despite the looming promise of beer-fueled mayhem at Oktoberfest and Halloween, there's a pall over Omega House--Dean Wienerman has a hold of the Quantum Irregularity that may be the source of all the weirdness at FRKU. Carol and Mo, in their bids to become Omega House members, will have to rescue it. Also, the band is fighting with each other, a statue has come to life and is hogging the bathroom, and portents of impending doom are being spotted all over the countryside...this couldn't lead to a beer shortage, could it?
Remember those zany 80s collegiate movies where Frankenstein or a genie went to college, or two randy guys developed psychokinetic powers and used them to lift girls' skirts? This is all of those movies rolled into a single comic strip, the saga of Omega Psi Phi and Franklin R. Kincaid University and their struggles with beer and sex and world-saving, but mostly beer and sex.
