The second issue of Coilstar Illustrated contains four comics. Opening with "Canned", a four page tale of somewhat exotic food, followed by a somewhat related (in the most bizarre ways) and nearly silent short story "Some Life!". The third one is the main feature of the book, "The Consequences of Sowing Fire", an entirely silent tale of flying submarines fighting dragons and the consequences thereof. To cap it off, the wordiest ten pager "This Prophecy", and it is a prophecy of very apocalyptic proportions.
Coilstar Illustrated is an anthology of short comics works by Aurora Borealis. No stylistic or genre limits have been set, the only rule is that they're comics and that they're short. Philosophical fantasy, one page funnies, sci-fi and horror, everything's allowed.
