In this exciting first issue special entitled "City Limits" the reader gets a first hand look at the Superworld Presents universe. Also in this issue is some of the random events that happen on a daily basis in Miracle City, the home of Superworld Presents.

The story of Superworld Presents revolves around a nationwide tabloid newspaper called (wait for it...) Superworld Presents, and tells of the adventures of not only the heroes and villains in the world but the staff of the tabloid itself. Superworld Presents encompasses an entire Superhero world threw (for the most part) the eyes of the Superworld Presents staff. But not all the action will be behind the scenes, this exciting title will also follow the exploits of all forms of super being life.
