When Tara inherits her father’s company she discovers that it has been exploited from within by people she thought were her friends. She decides to uncover the truth and fight back, both in the boardroom and on the streets, putting on a mask and cape to become the vigilante Lady Phantom.

They send their goons to interrogate the person responsible for the hand off, but little do they know that Lady Phantom is lurking in the shadows. Meanwhile, Detective Killian Darko has been tasked with investigating reports of a masked vigilante in Costa City, and when reports come in of a fresh sighting he heads out to try and catch her in the act.
