It’s the Enlightenment 2.0. Information is the New God. Mankind has lost connection to the soul and awareness of the true source of reality. The Old Enlightenment values of human reason, intellect, freedom of thought, and speech are rejected. Information as the measure of all things cannot be scrutinized or fully understood by the flawed human mind, and as such, the human mind must stand in awe of it.
