Scott Nathans has finally reached the fed-up level with the inadequacies of the justice system. A local boxer, he takes it upon himself to see that proper justice is served. Becoming a bit of a hero to the locals in New Orleans, they dub him Switchblade, and so he dons a mask to protect his identity.
