I don’t know what happened in #2 since it isn’t available digitally, but I liked this issue a lot more than #1. Half of the issue is a nude catfight – what’s not to like LOL. I’m finding Nefertari (the sphinx character) more compelling (flawed?) than Kemette herself, so I’m glad it looks like she’ll be a regular cast member.
Also, I’m curious about the appearance of Codename: Shadowfang at the end. This was previously advertised as an upcoming standalone comic in the back of Zeron #1, but I couldn’t find any information indicating that it had ever been published. Were plans for the Codename: Shadowfang comic scrapped so that they could become supporting characters here?
