Duke, a young dog, is transformed into a powerful killing machine. Duke is quickly trained and placed in the arena where he must become leader to eight other cyborg animal soldiers more powerful than him, in order to protect what’s left of the human race.

Earth is suddenly attacked by a race of aliens, wiping out over 99% of all human life. Those that remain are place in a cryogenic sleep to keep from being detected by the aliens. One man is left awake to act as a decoy for the aliens to hunt, but he need protection. 9 animals for their unique abilities, surgically altered and combined with powerful cyborg bodies in order to combat the aliens and protect the last man alive.
