Four recent retirees are blessed, or cursed, with obnoxious abilities such as a taste for loud vacation wear and inattentiveness around others, as they travel the globe annoying residents of vacation destinations along the way.

In this first issue, our well-meaning but still obnoxious visitors land in Oahu, Hawaii. While doing the usual sightseeing, they become stuck in gridlock on a coastal highway, the only highway in and out of the area. This causes the state’s governor to order that a second highway be built in the area immediately—despite the fact that residents have requested this countless times before, but to no avail.
