John L. Sullivan finishes a night of storytelling, camaraderie and drinking in one of his favorite Scollay Square taverns. He leaves at closing time for what he thinks will be an uneventful walk home. Unfortunately he isn't so lucky, and neither are the 3 men who attempt to rob him. He lays down the law as only the Boston Strong Boy can and dispatches with the trio in short time. His fight is witnessed by a stranger who is impressed.
