John L. agrees to hear more of Mr X’s crazy story, which is to fight for him and become a Universal Champion in outer space. He is skeptical but willing to humor him. He gets more than he bargained for when he is whisked away from his home and aboard Mr. X’s spaceship. Mr. X is really MREX, an intergalactic fight manager, who wants John L Sullivan to fight for him. John agrees and meets his new trainer, Buque, a scarred former fighter, and learns some more of the master plan. John L. Sullivan Boston Strong Boy In Space The mostly fictional story of John L. After displaying his fighting prowess, John L is persuaded to leave the comfy confines of Boston to try his luck in pursuit of a championship that stretches the galaxies. The offer is too good to pass up for someone who thrives on being the best. Along the way he takes some lumps, pisses off some people, makes some friends, learns a few new fighting tricks and kicks some inter-galactic butt.
