Johnny Vega, Man of the Future. In the future, Mankind has reached and attained the stars. But there in the heavens hidden dangers abound and a group of dedicated individuals strive to enforce the galactic peace. The best of them is Johnny Vega, Man of the Future and Protector of the Galaxy!

In this issue Vega and his team of ranger cadets travel to confront the mass problems the Avine, a humanoid plant like race, who are dealing with attacks from the Rock Apes of Xandar. After finding a solution to the problem of Rock Apes issue the cadets are then faced with a dilemma of stopping the enslavement of this indigenous species at the cost of the well being of the Avine. It”s up to Vega and crew to make a frontal assault upon the Raider Stronghold!
