It”s a full moon tonight in the city of Gastropolis. What could possibly go wrong? Can Billy (aka: Skidd Kidd) sit down at his favorite diner and enjoy a cheese steak or has the Professor done it again? What are all these bizarre unwanted hairdos people have been getting down at the Gastroplex? Has someone or something transformed under the full moon? Do the citizens of Gastropolis need the help of Skidd Kidd and Kirplunk again? While trying to retrieve his baseball from the chemical-infested sewage water, Billy falls in and is pulled out by his faithful companion, Kirby. After they are both cleaned up and given a clean bill of health from both the doctor and the veterinarian, they return home to resume their normal lives. Soon enough they discover that their bodies are starting to change in many ways.
