The mysterious rider arrives and gives a helping hand to the Xenton. With Sam out of commission, Jason and Mack idly stand by and watch as the newcomer displays strange abilities. He single handedly takes on Steelis and the two are evenly matched. Through flashbacks, we learn exactly who the stranger is and his connection to the Xenton as well as his origins. Meanwhile, Avion observes the fight from building tops and tries to piece together what is exactly happening. He witnesses Steelis’ powers first hand as the villains tries to destroy the city, eager to flush out the two remaining Xenton.
