When last we left our ranchers, Suzie had just finished a heart-to-heart talk with the dying Darlene McCarty, whom the outlaw Huachuca gang had left trapped and infected with impending zombification out in the wild, wild wastes. Darlene was still capable of making some disturbing confessions, not the least of which was that she wasn’t responsible for the earlier attempt on Suzie’s life at all! Suzie for her part revealed a dark chapter of her past where her own pa Jonathan Zane had been captured by the Huachucas in similar manner and had to be put down. Closer to home, Uncle Chuck and Rosa viewed raw footage of the Zeke incident that arguably started this whole curent mess, and found out ClearStream, the media corporation whose camera drones have been documenting life at the Z Ranch as a reality show, might have been more to blame than they ever imagined!
