Doc Lindheimer and her bodyguard, the cool-headed Comanche woman known as Whitecloud, arrived in the nick of time to save Suzie, Frank, and Oscar from an attack by the psychotic Huachuca gang that has moved in on the immediate environs of the Z Ranch. Down a mule and a wagon tire, the group limps their way home after confirming the dire situation they face, including the near total massacre of the McCarty clan who had just recently tried to leave the area. At the Ranch itself, Rosa and Chuck have made their own plans after finding evidence that Clearstream and its camera drones intentionally goaded ranch hand Zeke McCarty into the fatal zombie bite incident which set all the recent troubles in motion. Indeed, while the show has been a success so far, the shadowy Exec pulling the production’s strings seems to have more in mind than just television ratings, and is playing an arrogant and deadly game with the lives of our intrepid ranchers at the behest of a mysterious patron. He’s a nasty piece of work, to be sure. But not all has been going according to plan.
